Hvad er glamping?
Glamping is a completely unique experience that takes the best of a hotel stay and the best of camping, and together creates a unique experience.
You can look forward to a relaxed nature experience in our own little forest, with a direct view over the lake.
Contrary to many other glamping places, we have made a virtue of creating the best setting for a completely unique experience that is also worth paying for.
Vi har to telte, som begge er hele 28 m2 store og rummer en stor dobbeltseng, lounge, tekøkken, spiseplads og brændeovn til de kolde nætter (vinterhalvåret). En lille lejlighed kan man roligt kalde det.
The tents are also placed at a good distance from each other, so that you can enjoy nature, the lake and not least each other undisturbed.
It doesn't get more magical than this!
Skovbrynet
Located at the edge of the forest – hence the name – completely undisturbed, private and sheltered from wind and weather. A true gem where you get really close to nature.
From the tent you have a view directly to the south and over the lake. The tent is located on a platform with a large, nice terrace attached, so you can take chairs and table out when the sun is shining. and is located on the other side of the lake, opposite the farm. The view is due west, and forms the framework for it
The tent is located a good 70 meters from the farm, and you get there by a small cozy forest path, which from the first step exudes cosiness and nature.
Birkelunden
Placed on the other side of the lake, opposite the farm, you will find Birkelunden.
The tent is surrounded by new birch trees – hence the name – and has the most magical view, apart from our own little bathing lake. From the tent you have a view directly west, which gives ample opportunity to enjoy the sunset.
The birch grove is located just over 100 meters from the farm, and also stands on a large platform where you have your own terrace that you can enjoy in peace and quiet.
Interior design
Both tents are equipped with the following:
- Double bed (bed linen, sheets and towels are included)
- Night table
- Two lounge chairs together small table
- A dining table with two chairs
- A small bench
- Coat stand
- Small kitchenette with furniture
- Refrigerator
- Brændeovn (til de kolde nætter i vinterhalvåret)
- Lights and electricity plugs (with the possibility of charging your phone, etc.)
Facilities
Directly from the farm there is a large terrace with barbecue facilities, which you can use together with the other guests on the farm.
We also have a large sauna and wilderness bath, which you can use for a fee.
A couple of times during the week we also facilitate sauna events, where we mix aromatherapy, heat and meditation.
Bathroom and shower
For our glamping guests, we have two toilets (men and women) with a gas heated outdoor shower established.
The toilets are unique compost toilet from Mulltoa, and is so comfortable that it is easy to forget that the compost toilet is not an ordinary flushing toilet. It has been awarded the Swan label as it meets the standard for a biological toilet in terms of environmental requirements, functional requirements and quality.
The toilet is located in its own small shed, which can be locked. Behind the shed we have established an outdoor gas heated shower with the most magical view. varmvandsbruser med den mest magiske udsigt, hvis man skulle få lyst til et bad (dog vil dette være lukket ned i vinterhalvåret pga. frost).

Important:
We have installed a wood-burning stove in our tents, which you can light up in the cold winter months. You can buy firewood for your stay. You are not allowed to bring your own firewood (this is to ensure that unnecessary things are not burned, so that both the tent and the stove are damaged).
It is also not permitted to bring and use a fan heater or other heating devices.
Booking and Prices
Prices for one night's stay is DKK 1,450 (weekdays) and DKK 1,595 (weekends). However, the price may vary for special events and occasions in and around Herning.
If you are a family with children who want to go on an adventure, we can easily find a cozy solution for that too. We can easily move the interior around a bit and put more beds in, so there is room for everyone.
The price for extra overnight guests is DKK 350 per person per night
